The mutual love affair between Kareena Kapoor and fashion designer

With her size zero frame and mesmerizing features Kareena Kapoor has inspired many desi fashion designers who loyally claim her to be their muse. Bebo too never fails to swear by her designers and credits them for making her look fab on-screen. But now this mutual love affair between the glam doll and Indian fashion designer is about to turn ugly as the stunner is going hunting for an international fashion house for her design label.

Snubbing aside Indian designers, the Kapoor belle has opted to ape Hollywood hotties like Jessica Simpson, Jennifer Lopez and Victoria Beckham who have trusted fashion legends for their clothing line.

Confirming the news, Kareena said, "I won`t be associating with any Indian designer for my clothesline. It has to be a global fashion brand. I have told my agents in Matrix that I want to go to Paris to finalise a designer."

Out to finalise an international name Kareena is set to tour Paris and Los Angeles to meet up with the designers. According to sources, the brands that Bebo is looking at are Jean Paul Gaultier, Christian Lacroix, Giorgio Armani, Donatella Versace and Roberto Cavalli.

A source close to the star told a news daily, "Kareena`s agents are basically concentrating on design houses that are members of the Chambre Syndicale de la Haute Couture in France, but preferably one which doesn`t already have a presence in India. The ensembles designed and manufactured by them will be marketed in India and a few other countries as Kareena`s signature line."

Excited about her clothing range, Kareena further said, "I can`t talk about the business aspect of the deal just yet. I have a three-month marathon schedule coming up with Karan Johar and after that I`m planning to go on a holiday. So, the Paris trip will be worked into that schedule. I will also be going to Los Angeles to meet some more designers. A lot of work needs to be done before I can make an official announcement about it."
