The puppies played superstars on the sets of "Paathshaala". Thanks to their tantrums, it took director Milind Ukey one day to shoot a one-minute scene.
The puppies used to either doze off when the shot was ready or would run away in all directions.
Recalling the incident, Ukey said: "It was a really funny situation we faced that day. We`d never imagined that such a small thing would require so much struggle. But in the end, everyone, especially the kids thoroughly enjoyed themselves and it was all worth it."
In between, Shahid and the child actors used to feed the dogs and play with them to get them into action. The shooting turned into a picnic for the cast and crew.
Presented by Eros International and produced by Paperdoll Entertainment, "Paathshaala" will hit screens April 16.
