Rakhi Sawant`s Swayamvar suitor has bagged a role new show

Rishikesh-based Manmohan Tiwari, who was one of the suitors on Rakhi Sawant`s "Swayamvar" show, has bagged a role in the soon-to-be-launched show "Jamunia".

Tiwari, who was among the strongest contenders on "Rakhi Ka Swayamvar" last year and considered it as a stepping stone for his acting career, will be seen as Awadh Thakur in NDTV Imagine`s new TV show.

"Jamunia", produced by Beyond Dreams Entertainment Limited, will narrate the story of an orphan girl called Jamunia, whose maternal uncle marries her off into a rich palace for money. The girl is unaware that the palace is cursed and that no woman has ever survived there. What happens to her forms the rest of the plot.

"`Jamunia` is a tale dedicated to every Indian woman who loves her family dearly and is ready to help and support them in any given situation. It portrays the power of a woman who can go to any extent to save her family from any harm that befalls them. `Jamunia` exposes the territories and locations never seen on television," said Yash Patnaik, producer of the show, in a press release.

The show will go on air March 8.

When enquired about her relationship with Elesh, Rakhi said, “Elesh was not honest. He was bankrupt and loved going to nightclubs. He told me all this after our engagement. I am not the type to accept it.” The item girl blasted her one time beau Elesh and his parents as, “What bahu? Uske parents ne tu shagun bhi nahi kiya. They came for the show because Elesh forced them. They did not even bother to call me once during our courtship period.” The actress admits that she chose the wrong guy as, “Wahan pe saare kangle the (All of them were broke). No one wanted to marry me. All they wanted was the prize money.”

Nevertheless, Rakhi will be careful while choosing her future husband, “This time, I will ensure that the guy at least has his own house and job and doesn`t expect me to work and support him. I will not let any person from the film industry enter it. I have a dream to send my hubby to work with a tiffin dabba made by me.”

India’s mad-max music will now launch our very own Rakhi Sawant

IshQ Bector, India’s mad-max music import from Canada, will now launch our very own Rakhi Sawant in an all-new hi-glam avatar, next week.

The title track of ishQs latest album ‘Jhagde’ to be released on Pen Audio, will witness the metamorphosis of Rakhi Sawant.

“The spunky brand, known for her bold and brazen personality attracting mass appeal, will now be seen in a completely classy, upmarket trendy look and style,” informs ishQ.

Her new look comprises of boy-cut hair (ah, is Sherlyn Chopra listening!), jazzy tops right out from a Karan Johar movie and the hottest hot-pants to compliment them.

“We’re taking her cattiness to the next level,” quips ishQ.

The composer, who also sings and performs for his videos (most of them having crazy shocking antics and scandalous lyrics), is best known for his hit video track “Aye Hip Hopper”, “Karle Gunaah” from the movie ‘Ugly Aur Pagli’, “You Got Me Rockin and Reeling” from ‘Billu Barber’, the title track of ‘Maan Gaye Mughall-e-Azam’ and rap-vocals for ‘Race’.

In this new video of “Jhagde”, the Sawant babe will be seen coming to blows with ishQ in a freestyle boxing match. Gosh! Who wins it and how is still a mystery.

But Rakhi, full of excitement about her new chic look, laughs and hits hard, “If ishQ thinks he will get away with the ‘jhagde’, he’s sorely mistaken. Even with a hip look, I can beat the Hip Hopper black and blue in any boxing match.”

Rahul Mahajan choose his right life partner on national television

After Rakhi Ka Swayamvar, Imagine is all geared up for the second season which will see Rahul Mahajan as a groom who will choose his right life partner on national television.

The politician is very sceptical when it comes to marriage thus he is going one step forward as he consults his astrologer before selecting the girls for his swayamvar. “He has even postponed the dates of the airing of the show on the channel according to the astrologer, ” chirps the source.

“Rahul has shown the kundali’s of the girls who will be participating in the show. He believes in all this a lot and especially after his stint in the Bigg Boss. Rahul is seriously looking out for a right life partner for himself but marriage is still a question mark, ” adds the khabroo.

Rahul Dulhaniya Le Jayega is the title given to the show. Though Rakhi ka toh swayamvar hua nahi so let’s wait and watch of whether Rahul baarat lata bhi hai ya nahi.

Rakhi Sawant Pati Patni Aur Woh has entered a New legal labyrinth

How can a show that involves Rakhi Sawant avoid getting into trouble? Now, it seems ‘Pati Patni Aur Woh’ has entered a legal labyrinth. Though the channel NDTV Imagine managed to get an interim go-ahead from the Delhi High Court to continue the show but it won’t be easy as within 15 days the channel has to prove why there should not be any action against it for violating child rights.

On Tuesday, The Ministry of Information and Broadcast issued a showcause notice to the channel for “indecent exploitation of babies in the pursuit of entertainment”. The show inspired by BBC’s international show ‘Baby Borrowers’ shows five celeb couples raising all ages of childrean, from infants to teenagers.

As reported by a daily, the notice said that the channel was using children as “commodities”. It added that the programme appeared to “denigrate children” and could have a negative impact on young viewers. It happened after The National Commission for Protection of Child Rights (NCPCR) reacted to complaints from concerned viewers and NGOs and urged the I&B ministry to take action.

The show is garnering good TRPs but let’s see what happens after 15 days.
