In Zoya Akhtar’s ‘Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara’, Hrithik Roshan and Katrina Kaif had shot three minutes long kissing scene in a group song which also features Abhay Deol and Farhan Akhtar. Now Zoya is in a dilemma whether to keep the scene or delete it. She feared that Kat and Hrithik’s intimate scene might not take away the essence of the group song.

Revealing the nature of the scene, an insider elaborates, "After a severe exchange of words, Hrithik's character Arjun leaves in a Buick. Katrina (Laila) chases him on her bike. Stopping his car, she forces him out and pinning him on the bonnet, kisses him. And it's a rather long scene."

However, Zoya's looked the first cut of the song, she felt that the scene was too much for a group song, "When they saw the first cut of the song shot during the Spanish Tomatina festival, Zoya felt that the chemistry between the two actors was too much for a group song," adds a source.

Well, Zoya is in two minds whether to keep the scene or not.

Speaking about Hrithik’s HR locket that has caught her fancy, the fashion-conscious actress says, “I would love to own that HR locket.”

“I don’t know if I should dance with him but I would love to when nobody is looking. Hopefully, I would get to do a film with him and we will have our own original number,” she giggles.

Katrina Kaif has worked with stars like Akshay Kumar, Salman Khan and Ranbir Kapoor, but if ever she’s been asked who is the one actor she stills wants to work with, the lovely lass has always said that would be Hrithik Roshan.

Ever since the promos of his film KITES have hit the market; Hrithik Roshan is becoming hot property off shores. Buzz, is that many Hollywood filmmakers are impressed with Hrthik’s chemistry with co-star Barbara Mori.

Reports further suggest that many Hollywood filmmakers are keen to work with Hrithik and have already started sending feelers to the actor. Rakesh Roshan to create effects on par with Hollywood for Krrish

It looks like James Cameron’s "Avatar " has affected Bollywood in unexpected ways. Director Rakesh Roshan is having second thoughts about making the sequel to "Krrish" after watching the Hollywood sci-fi saga.

However, he thinks it is possible to create effects on par with Hollywood.

"I saw the film (’Avatar’) in Los Angeles. And it certainly made me sit up and re-think about ’Krrish’. But I don’t think it is impossible to create effects on par with Hollywood. We need to budget the sequel intelligently," he said.

As far as starting Krrish’s sequel goes, Roshan senior admits there’s no immediate chance of it taking off. "I am not even thinking of directing my own film until our production ’Kites’ is released May 14. Only then will I seriously start planning my directorial project. For now, the next film I direct is Krrish’s sequel. But it may change if I’m unhappy with the script."

What the patriarch of the Roshan empire leaves unsaid is that he and son Hrithik Roshan sat together and discussed the feasibility of doing a lavish big budget film in the light of "Avatar" and other Hollywood extravaganzas dubbed in Hindi.

Hrithik has made it clear to his father that there’s no point in doing a Hollywood-style special-effects film unless there’s scope and space for the ’desi’ counterpart to make an impact at the box office.

Says a source: "Hrithik is not sure about the feasibility of the Krrish series any more. Not after James Cameron’s ’Avatar’. He wants the project to go through a budgetary scrutiny to see whether they can create effects comparable with Hollywood’s ’Avatar’ and ’2012’. Otherwise what is the point?"

Hrithik Roshan and Shekhar Kapur to discuss working together

The two might look poles apart but sources close to them reveal that they both had been in good touch with each others for long. And it is heard that their rapport might give place to a project soon.

Hrithik Roshan and Shekhar Kapur said to had met several times to discuss working together but somehow, things never worked out. Birdies have it that Kapur wanted to cast in his film, ‘Pani’ after Hrithik’s first film. The film will be shot in Mumbai and in the US. Hrithik apparently signed on the dotted line,” further added the sources. It is also said that the film might start to roll either in mid-2010 or its year-end while a top actress is being considered for the lead heroine.

Although sources believe that producer Manmohan Shetty has been approached for the project, the man himself dismisses the news as false.

Hrithik Roshan is waiting to shave off the beard he’s grown for Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s ‘Guzaarish’. It is common knowledge for those close to the actor that he loves his clean-shaven look the most.

It’s because he hates growing facial hair that he used a fake beard in Kites.

However, Bhansali didn’t allow him to use a fake beard. As it was a Bhansali film, he agreed to grow a beard. However, he is waiting for the shooting to get over soon so that he can shave again, even though some of his friends like his new look and complimented him for it.

Hrithik, although a little eager to shave, is happy he devoted time to ‘Guzaarish’ and gave it bulk dates. The film is expected finish shooting at the end of this year.

Hrithik Roshan will be playing the Leonardo Di Caprio character

While the buzz is going on over Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s ‘Guzaarish’, another news has cropped in the circle about Hrithik Roshan’s next.

Sources have it that Vishal Bhardwaj is gearing up to bring a remake of Academy Award winning movie, ‘The Departed’. Hrithik will be playing the character played by Leonardo Di Caprio in the English version. Said a source, “Vishal has got Hrithik’s dates from June after the actor finishes shooting for Sanjay Bhansali’s ‘Guzaarish’. So far only he has been cast. He plays Leo’s role and so he will have to hone his martial arts skills and gun-totting abilities by taking special classes from professionals.”

The untitled movie will be set in Mumbai and Vishal Bhardwaj is said to be maintaining the original storyline. Hrithik will be featured as a rough-tough undercover cop in this one. The actor is currently recovering from a knee injury and on doctor’s advice, is keeping away from risky actions. Once he is fit, Hrithik will be taking the professional training to try out the stunts in the movie. Rub your palms, people! We’ll wait for this one!!

Hrithik Roshan’s wife Sussanne was robbed in Italy

Yesterday,Hrithik Roshan’s wife Sussanne was robbed in Italy. The unfortunate incident happened at Milan airport around 3pm IST when Sussanne and her mother Zarine Khan were about to board a Mumbai-bound flight after their holiday.

The drama unfolded when Zarine discovered that her bag was missing. A source said, “The bag contained a few valuables, credit cards, and most importantly Sussanne and Zarine’s passports.” Consequently,Sussanne and her mother were stranded in Milan. They are expected to return to Mumbai either tonight or tomorrow.

Sussanne and Zarine immediately notified the airport authorities about the theft and tried their best to locate the thief at the airport but it was a futile attempt.

When the two then called up their family and friends to inform them about their ordeal, the Khans and Roshans quickly made a few arrangements from Mumbai so that Sussanne and Zarine would have to undergo as little trouble as possible. To begin with, photocopies of their passports were emailed to Sussanne. Thereafter, Sussanne and Zarine approached the Indian Embassy who issued them new passports. The two ladies again checked into the same hotel where they had been staying during their vacation as they had missed their flight and couldn’t board the next immediate one since their passports were in the stolen bag.

“It was a harrowing experience for Sussanne and Zarine. They were terribly upset after the theft. After a long holiday, the last thing they expected was to have a problem like this on their return journey,” added our source.

Confirming the story, Sussanne’s sister Farah Ali Khan said, “Yes, all this did happen. It was rather unfortunate. I spoke to my mother and sister and they are fine now.”
