Atlanta model Lashawna Threatt with friend dies after falling from hotel window

New York, May 29 : A model died when she and a friend plunged from a 10th-storey window of a luxury Atlanta hotel while ‘play wrestling’.
According to reports, Lashawna Threatt, 30, was celebrating her birthday with friends at W Midtown Hotel when the tragic incident took place.
Witnesses told cops that the petite women were merely horsing around before they fell out of the window at about 3:15 a. m.
"They were play wrestling and the next thing you know, they went toward the window and through the window and out they went," the New York Daily News quoted Paul Guerrucci, commander of the Atlanta Police Department''s homicide unit a saying.
Rescuers discovered Threatt''s lifeless body from a sunroom roof about five stories below the room where the celebrations were happening on the fateful night.
They also found her friend, who tumbled off that same roof, on an outdoor patio.
Threatt, who appeared in liquor promotions and in print ads, is survived by a 15-year-old daughter. (ANI)
