Ohio: A CD found by an Ohio toddler showing another child being sexually abused in Palm Springs, California, about six years ago has led to an Ohio man's arrest and confession, police said on Thursday.Jeffery Roderick, of Canton, was in the Tuscarawas County jail under $1 million bond on a charge of pandering sexual material involving a minor, New Philadelphia police Capt.
